The meeting was called to order at 12:08
p.m. by Mayor Price.

DEPARTMENT BUDGETPRESENTATIONS.
Economic & community Development
Economic Development Director Wager intro-
duced staff. Business Manager Dunwoody pro-
vided an overview and slide presentation of
the proposed budget for Economic and Commun-
ity Development and distributed written
material.
Associate Planner Fulton provided a slide
presentation and overview of projected pro-
grams for the Community Development Division.
Development Associate Webb provided a slide
presentation and overview of the projected
activities for the Economic Development
Division.
Mayor Price announced a recess at 1:25 p.m.
and reconvened the meeting at 1:33 p.m.
Public Works
Public Works Director Rojas provided an over-
view and slide presentation on the proposed
budget for Public Works Department and dis-
tributed written material.
Assistant Superintendent Springer provided
an overview and slide presentation on the
proposed Equipment Division budget.

Solid Waste Division budget.
Engineer IV LaRochelie provided an overview

tal Improvements Projects budget.
