A RESOLUTION /~fENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 1~5-95
~ 116-95 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
OPERATING, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTB PRO~RAM AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT BUDGETE FOR
THE CITY OF BAKEREFIgLD, C~LIFORNIA, FOR THE
FISCAL YH~R 1995-96.
~HEREA~, in accordance with the Charter of the city of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted Resolution Nos. 115-95 and 116-95, approving and
adopting the Operating, Capital Improvements Program and Community
Development Block Grant Budgets for the City of Bakersfield,
California, for the fiscal year 1995-96 on June 28, 1995; and,
WHERF~, the City desires to make amendments thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating, Capital Improvements Program and
Community Development Block Grant Budgets for the City of
Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1995-96, as adopted by
Resolution Nos. 115-95 and 116-95, are hereby further amended to
reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A".
2. That the said Budgets for said fiscal year 1995-96,
so amended, shall be the Budgets for the City of Bakersfield,
California, for said fiscal year 1995-96 as contemplated to be made
by this Council.
3. That the said Budgets for said fiscal year 1995-96
shall total $183,127,911, with the Operating and Debt Service
(which includes the Community Development Block Grant) Budget
totaling $149,066,768, and the Capital Improvements Program
totaling $35,710,796.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

I HBREBY CBRTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on JAN 2 4 ~ by the following
