RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTANT'S AGREEMENT
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-1
(BRIMHALL II, SPRING MEADOWS, FAIRWAYS, AND CAMPUS PARK)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
This Council approves that certain agreement between
the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD and WILSON & ASSOCIATES, for services as
assessment engineer for city of Bakersfield Assessment District
No. 96-1 (Brimhall II, Spring Meadows, Fairways and Campus Park),
County of Kern, State of California, dated August 21, 1996, and
attached to this resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the
Finance Director is authorized to countersign the agreement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
