C~P~T~L ~PROVF~ENT PROG~ B~GET~ FOR THE
CE~ D~STRICT D~ELOPH~ ~GENCY~ FOR THE
FZB~ Y~ Z994-95.
NHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances, the City Council of said
City adopted the Operating and Capital Improvement Program budgets
for the Central District Development Agency, for the fiscal year
1994-95 on June 29, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 107-94 approved and adopted the
Operating and Capital Improvement Program budgets for the fiscal
year 1994-95 and the City desires to make an amendment thereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the Operating and Capital Improvement Program
budgets for the Central District Development Agency, for the fiscal
year 1994-95, as adopted by Resolution No. 107-94, is hereby
amended to reflect the changes included in Exhibit "A."
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1994-95,
so amended, shall be the budget for the Central District
DevelopmentAgency, for said fiscal year 1994-95 as contemplated to
be made by this Council.
3. That the said budgets for said fiscal year 1994-95
shall total $2,682,975; with the Operating and Debt Service budget
totaling $2,682,975; and the Capital Improvement Program budget
totaling $ -0-.
4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.

and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
