AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO RESOLUTION NO. 122-01
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL
SUPERVISORY, POLICE SUPERVISORY AND
MANAGEMENT UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY
SCHEDULE AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR CITY
ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 122-01 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the General Supervisory, Police Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective January 18, 2003, following Council action, the Salary
Schedule, a part of the Resolution No. 122-01 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No.122-01 is hereby amended by revising the salary of the
following class title from the Management Unit:
89200 D City Attorney
