A RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE WILL BE SERVED BY
~?~WINO THE TRANSFER OF A LICENSE
TO SELL ALCOHOL BY READY-GO MARKET.
WHEREAS, Nirmal Singh, Nirbai Singh, Harpal Kaur, Jasvir
Kaur, owners of Ready-Go Market, have applied with the State
Alcohol Beverage Commission to transfer a license for the off sale
of alcohol from 600 Coffee Road, Suite A, to 3620 Wilson Road, in
the City of Bakersfield; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions set forth in section
23954 and 23954.4 of the Business and Professions Code, the Alcohol
Beverage Commission requires a finding by the City that such a
transfer would serve the public convenience or necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that, based on the findings of this Council, it is
found and determined that:
1. The above-recitals are true and correct.
2. The public convenience would be served by the
transfer of the license to sell alcohol from 600 Coffee Road, Suite
A, to 3620 Wilson Road, in the City of Bakersfield.
