DEPARTMENT BUDGET MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 12:12 p.m.
by Councilmember Smith.

DEPARTMENT BUDGETPRESENTA~ONS
Public Works
Public Works Director Rojas provided an
overview and slide presentation on the
proposed budget for Public Works Department
and written material was distributed.
Equipment Superintendent Lozano provided an
overview and slide presentation on the pro-
posed Equipment Division budget.
Engineer IV LaRochelie, provided an overview
and slide presentation on the proposed Capi-
tal Improvement Projects Budget.
Vice-Mayor McDermott announced a 10-minute
recess at 3:30 p.m. and reconvened the
meeting at 3:40 p.m.
Motion by McDermott to continue Budget
Meeting for Community Services presenta-
tion to Wednesday, June 15. 1994, 5:15 p.m.
