A RESOLUTION AJiENDING RESOLUTION NO. X09-94
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY, POLICE
AND SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 109-94 sets salaries and related
benefits for employees of the General Supervisory, Police
Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city
of Bakersfield that effective May 1, 1995, the Salary Schedule, set
forth in Resolution No. 109-94, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 109-94 is hereby amended by revising the
salaries and/or titles for the following classifications in the
Management Unit:

Management Information Systems Director

FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that Resolution No. 109-94 is hereby amended by
revising the language of Section 4.B. as follows:
Car and Mileage Allowance
B. Those city officers not furnished an official City
car who shall be reimbursed at the rate of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00)
per month are the Chief Assistant City Attorney, Assistant city
Attorney's, Deputy City Attorney's, Planning Director, Assistant to
the City Manager, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Data Processing
Manager, Human Resources Manager, Management Information Systems
Director, Risk Manager, Convention Center Superintendent, Assistant
Finance Director and Community Development Coordinator.
