regarding disposition of CDDA owned
real property located at 1325 19th
Street (formerly the American
National Bank Building); 2022 "L"
Street (formerly the Mental Health
Building); and 19th Street parking
lot adjacent to Hotel Bakersfield.
Motion by Rubin to accept Report and
implement the recommendations.

CLOSED SESSION
Closed Session pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(c) regarding
potential litigation.
Ruddell recessed to City Manager's
Conference Room for Closed Session
at 3:35 p.m.

taken during Closed Session.
