Motion by Paynter to adopt Items (a)
and (b) of the Consent Calendar.

proposed construction of a

Motion by Gaskill to accept Report
and implement recommendations.

Motion by Gaskill to accept Report
and implement recommendations.

Report from City Attorney's Office
regarding a Code of Ethics.
At the request of Araujo, Ruddell
appointed an Ad Hoc Code of Ethics
Committee comprised of Agency Members
Araujo, Gaskill and Ruddell.
Araujo asked Principal Planner Lyman
to supply the Committee with a
packet of material from other cities
that had a similar committee in force.
Motion by Araujo to accept Report.
