and Voucher Nos. 1 to 16 inclusive,
in the amount of $207,734.81.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
June 8, 1992, for approval.
Motion by Araujo to adopt Items (a)
and (b) of the Consent Calendar.

Motion by Araujo to accept Report
and implement recommendations.
