inclusive, in the amount of $2,978.40.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
August 10, 1992, for approval.
Economic/Community Development
Director Wager discussed the
fencing, lighting, liability and
parking regarding the Convention
Center.
Motion byPaynter to adopt Items
and (b) of the Consent Calendar.

Reconveyance of a $45,000 Deed of Trust
between the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency and Chester Avenue Associates
regarding the California Republic Bank
Project.
Motion by Araujo to authorize the
Executive Director, or Deputy Executive
Director, to execute all documents
necessary to reconvey the $45,000 Deed
of Trust, made November 21, 1979, a~d
deliver reconveyance to First American
Title Company for appropriate action.

Reconveyanoe of a Leasehold Deed of
Trust between the Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency and Guay and
Danielson regarding the California
Republic Bank Project.
Motion by Paynter to authorize the
Executive Director, or the Deputy
Executive Director to execute documents
necessary to reconvey the Leasehold
Deed of Trust, made June 23, 1978, and
deliver reconveyance to First American
Title Company for appropriate action.

Conflict of Interest Code of the Central
District Development Agency.
Attorney Allen Shaw discussed the
California Code of Regulations
regarding the Conflict of Interest
Code, referencing Sections 8 and 10.
Motion by Araujo to adopt.

Rubin continued the discussion regarding
the Conflict of Interest Code and Code
of Ethics.
Araujo requested a status report on the
Hotel Project.
Araujo introduced Ms. Ronnie Blair who
discussed the "Cruise It Don't Abuse
It" Program.
Paynter discussed the Hilazzo 2-story
garage remodeling project. Staff was
requested to report back within one week
on the status.
Finance Director Klimko discussed the
$225,000 reduction from the Agency Budget
for the State Budget and will report back
to the Agency.
Paynter requested "changing the Agency
meeting time", to be placed on the next
month's agenda.
