inclusive, in the amount of $5,188.62.
Minutes of the Special Meeting of
January 25, 1993 and Workshop of
February 26, 1993.
Motion byGaskill to adopt Items (a)
and (b) of the Consent Calendar.
REPORTS
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Proposed Mission Statement and Goals
& objectives.
Agency entered into an informal
discussion.
Agency members agreed to add the
words "with the community" to the
Mission Statement.
Motion by Kober to refer Goals &
Objectives to Strategic Planning
Committee to review, approve.
distribute to the public and place
on the May 10. 1993 agenda for public
comment.
Motion by Gaskill to direct Executive
Director Tandy to, at some point
between June 10 and 14, to put a time
frame on objectives.

Resolution a~ending Resolution No.
1~1-93 authorizing the issuance of
tax allocation bonds (not to exceed
$10,000,000) to refund certain
obligations of the Central District
Development Agency, Downtown
Redevelopment Project and approving
certain documents and taking certain
other actions in connection therewith.
Motion by Araujo to adopt Resolution.
