Status of Bakersfield Convention Center
Hotel.
Executive Director Tandy presented
a status report on the Bakersfield
Convention Center Hotel, City
incentives for undertaking this
venture, and the cost and bond pool
issues.
Motion by Morea to accept Report.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Assistant City Attorney John Closs responded
to Agency Statements from the September 13,
1993 meeting regarding the assessment of
County taxes on the Bakersfield Convention
Center Hotel property and reconsideration of
assessed valuation.
