RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 94-1
(RENFRO/HUGHES)
The city Council of the City of Bakersfield resolves:
WHEREAS, a map entitled "Amendment to Proposed
Boundaries of City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 94-1
(Boundary Amendment No. 1), County of Kern, California" has been
filed with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, this City Council wishes to adopt the amended
boundary map as the boundary map for the proposed assessment
district;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS,
DETERMINES AND RESOLVES as follows:
1. This city Council approves the map and adopts the
boundaries shown on the map as describing the extent of the
territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known
as Assessment District No. 94-1 (Renfro/Hughes), City of
Bakersfield, Kern County, California.
2. This City Council finds that the map is in the form
and contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the
California Streets and Highways Code.
3. This City Council directs the City Clerk to certify
the adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to
file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in
the Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities
Districts, to be cross-indexed to the following boundary map

previously filed for record: "Proposed Boundaries of City of
Bakersfield Assessment District No. 94-1 (Renfro/Hughes), County
of Kern, State of California" filed on July 1, 1994, in Book 11
of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts, at
pages 58 through 60.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regula~ meetinq thereof held on April 19, 1995, by the following
