MINUTES
MEETING OF JUNE 12, 1995
SPECIAL MEETING - 3:00 P.M. - Council Chambers, City Hall

The meeting was called to order at 3:05 p.m.
by Chairperson Prince.

Presentation by Mark Brodeur, Urban
Design Studio, regarding preliminary
Chester Avenue Design Themes.
Development Associate Barnes introduced
Mark Brodeur, who provided a brief
presentation and displayed the various
streetscape design themes (Historical,
American Graffiti and Contemporary) for
Chester Avenue.
PUBUC STATEMENTS
The following individuals shared their
opinions of the designs:
John Sarad, Haberfelde Building; Jeff
Krausse, Architect; Kathy Butler,
Downtown Business Association; and
Patricia DeMond, Ward 2 city
Councilmember.
Chairperson Prince announced adjournment
of the Workshop at 3:38 p.m.

correction to reflect Cohrs as present
in the Roll Call for Nay 18, 1995.
