Section 54957 regarding a personnel matter -
City Attorney applicant interviews.
Mayor Price announced a recess at 1:55 p.m.
and reconvened Closed Session at 3:30 p.m.
Motion by DeMond to adjourn from Closed
Session at 5:40 p.m.

Mayor Price announced Judy Skousen was
offered the position of City Attorney,
subject to a negotiable job agreement.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by McDermott at 5:45 p.m.
