A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERINQ PREPARATION
OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT TO SEQRE~ATE AND APPORTION
UNPAID INSTALLMENTS OF EXISTIN~ ASeESSMENT AND
SETTIN~ TIME AND PLACE OF HEARIN~ THEREON
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 91-1
ASSESSMENT AND DIAQP~%M AMENDMENT NO. 7
RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL (the "Council") OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD (the "City"), as follows:
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1992, the Council adopted
Resolution No. 191-92, approving and confirming Assessment Report,
making findings in connection therewith and ordering assessment in
connection with City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 91-1
(the "District"); and
WHEREAS, a certain existing Assessment No. 71 and parcel
identified as Kern County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 373-040-23
(located outside of District) have been affected by lot line
adjustment to the original parcels of land within and outside
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The street superintendent of the City shall file
with the City Clerk a report and Assessment and Diagram No. 7, for
existing Assessment No. 71, Assessment District No. 91-1 and APN
373-040-23 which parcels are affected by the lot line adjustment,
segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments of the
original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several
parts of the original lot or parcel plus costs and fees of making
the apportionment, which are hereby fixed at no charge for this
proceeding.
2. Wednesday, June 14, 1995, at the hour of 7:00 p.m.,
in the regular meeting place of the Council, being the Council
Chambers, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, be and the
same are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where this
Council will hear and consider protests to the amended assessment
and segregation and apportionment of the unpaid installments of the
original assessment. At the time of said hearing, all persons

interested in the original assessment or in the land affected or
the bonds secured thereby may appear and protest the amended
assessment or the segregation and apportionment of the unpaid
installments.
3. Upon the filing of the report and amended
assessment, the Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said
hearing on the report and amended assessment by publication once,
in the Bakersfield Californian, a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in said City. The publication of such
notice shall occur not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the
hearing.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regt21ar meeting thereof held on the 17th day of May 1995, by the

NOTICE OF FILING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1995, the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield, California, did pass its Resolution directing the
Engineer of Work to prepare and file an Amended Assessment for
existing Assessment No. 71 and a parcel identified as Kern County
Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 373-040-23, which parcel is outside
of City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 91-1, Kern County,
California, as set forth in the Engineer's Report and Assessment
for Assessment District No. 91-1, which was originally recorded in
the office of the Superintendent of Streets for the City of
Bakersfield on September 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work for Assessment District
No. 91-1 has filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield
a report and an Amended Assessment amending existing Assessment No.
71 and APN 373-040-23 hereinabove referred to, including maps or
plats showing how said lots or parcels have been divided.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons
interested .in the original assessment, or in the lands affected
thereby, or in the bonds secured thereby, that a hearing will be
held on June 14, 1995, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the regular
meeting place of the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
located in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue,
Bakersfield, California, at which time the Council shall hear and
determine all objections to the division of the assessments and
shall consider all objections to said amended assessment herein.
For further particulars, reference is hereby made to the
report of the Engineer of Work and the maps or plats of the Amended
Assessment, and to the Amended Assessment; said report and maps or
plats of the Amended Assessment are on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield.
