a. Agreement with Consultant for the design AGR RA96-1
of Chester Avenue Streetscape Improve-
ments, subject to an appropriation of
$35,000 from the Redevelopment Operating
Budget Fund balance as addltlonal funds
for the design of the project.
Economic Development Director Wager
provided background information.
Motion by Miller and seconded by Sceales
to accept Lawrence R. Moss & Associates
as the consultant for the project and
approve the Agreement.

Tour of Redevelopment Project area by
Central District Development Agency
Members.
Cohrs announced adjournment at 10:38
