Economic Development Director Wager
provided background information and
introduced the new Business Manager
Alan Christensen.
Motion by Miller to transmit to City
Council for approval.

Resolution supporting Assembly Bill
2281 which exempts private projects
using Redevelopment Agency funding from
the State Prevailing Wage laws.
RES RA1-96
Deputy city Attorney Scanlan provided
background information.
Motion by Miller and seconded by Hall
to adopt Resolution; and authorize the
continued generation of letters in
support.
