Motion by Sceales and seconded by Raphael to
move the Workshop forward, immediately
following the Consent Calendar.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Payments from February 9 to June 17,
1996 in the amount of $531,646.24.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
February 12, 1996; Special Meeting of
February 21, 1996; and Special Meeting
of April 29, 1996.
Motion by Sceales and
Raphael to adopt Items a.
Consent Calendar.

Presentation by Lawrence Moss and
Associates regarding the final design of
Chester Avenue Streetscape Improvements
Plan.
Economic Development Director provided
background information and introduced
Steve Smith, Lawrence Moss & Associates,
who provided information on minor
changes to the Master Plan.
Motion by Sceales and seconded by Prince
to recess at 3:20 p.m.
Chairperson Cohrs reconvened the meeting
at 3:35 p.mo

Disposition and Development Agreement
with KGET-TV (Ackerley Communications)
for redevelopment assistance to carry
out the purposes of the Redevelopment
Project at 2120 L Street.
Cohrs announced a conflict of interest.

chair the meeting for New Business Item

Economic Development Director provided

Motion by Prince and seconded by Sceales
to approve Agreement; and designate
Raphael to execute the Agreement and
other appropriate documents pertaining
to this item in place of Cohrs.
