Executive Director Tandy provided a
status report.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. Owner Participation Agreement with AGR RA97-1
The Greater Bakersfield Chamber of
Commerce for redevelopment assistance
to carry out the purposes of the
redevelopment project for property
located at 1601 18th Street.
Cohrs announced her absence due to
conflict of interest.
Motion by Sceales and seconded by APPROVED
Hall to approve Agreement. AB COHRS
