2. Payment from June I to August 1, 1997 in the amount of
$1,667,387.38.
3. Amendment No. 2 to Disposition and Development
Agreement No. RA94-5 between City of Bakersfield, Central
Distdct Development Agency and John Q. Hammons Hotels,
Bakersfield, L.P. concerning Holiday Inn Select Hotel.
Economic Development Director Wager provided
background information on Item 3.
Motion by Miller and seconded by Prince to adopt
Consent Calendar 1. through 3.

1. Tour of Convention Center Complex expansion.
