WORKSHOP
Presentation by Ernest W. Clover, Principal for CRC
Redevelopment Consultants, Inc., on redevelopment
project area formation process.
Economic Development Director Jake Wager
provided a brief overview of the redevelopment
project process and areas; and introduced Paul
Showalter, CRC Consultants, who provided a brief
overview and overhead presentation on
redevelopment and the creation of two new
redevelopment areas.
