A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6-95
REVISING THE BUDGET HEARING DATES TO INCLUDE
MAY 31, 1995
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to
revise the dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 6-95 by
adding a Budget Hearing to be held on May 31, 1995 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that a Budget Hearing be set and held on May 31,
1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
