Motion by Weddle, seconded by Arriola to adopt
Consent Calendar Items a. and b.
REPORTS
Oral Report regarding an update on the formation of
the Project Area Committees in the Old Town Kern-
Pioneer and Southeast Bakersfield Project Areas.
Economic Development Director Jake Wager
provided an overview of the process and overhead
slide presentation.
