Change payment itemization threshold from $2,500
to $5,000.
Motion by Weddle, seconded by Mishoe, to
change the payment itemization threshold to
$3,500.
Resolution authorizing transmittal of the Preliminary
Report, the Draft Redevelopment Plan and the Draft
Environmental Impact Report for the Old Town Kern-
Pioneer Redevelopment Project Area.
Motion by Raphael, seconded by Weddle, to
adopt the resolution.
Resolution authorizing transmittal of the Preliminary
Report, the Draft Redevelopment Plan and the Draft
Environmental Impact Report for the Southeast
Bakersfield Redevelopment Project Area.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Arriola, to adopt
the resolution.

ACTION TAKEN
Marvin Dean, Business Representative, Southeast
Bakersfield Redevelopment Project Area, stated there will be
changes to the documents.
Economic Development Director Jake Wager announced the
Downtown Business Association Beautification Award was
presented to the City in recognition of the Chester Avenue
and Centennial Garden projects.
