a. Resolution transmitting a report on the
Redevelopment Plan for the Old Town Kern-Pioneer
Redevelopment Project Area to the City Council.

Redevelopment Plan for the Southeast Bakersfield
Redevelopment Project Area to the City Council.
Motion by Mishoe, Seconded by Arriola, to adopt
the resolution.

AGENCY STATEMENTS
Chairperson Miller stated a requested from the
Downtown Business Association has been received
regarding Downtown Traffic Circulation and a proposal
from the Kern County Housing Authority requesting City
and CDDA assistance towards the development a
80-Unit Senior Housing Project and appointed an Ad Hoc
Committee consisting of Miller, Cohrs, Raphael, Mishoe
(Alternate); and requested staff assist in coordinating
the meetings.
