Minutes of the Closed Session of the Central District
Development Agency of the City of Bakersfield, California,
held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun
Avenue at 3:30 p.m., June 8, 1990.
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson
Paynter.
Present: Agency Members Paynter, Watson, Dunn, Araujo,
Rubin
Absent: Agency Members Ruddell, Sceales
CLOSED SESSION
Closed Session pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a) regarding pending litigation
involving the Clarion Hotel Project, Bakersfield
Convention Center Hotel Associates vs. Central
District Development Agency in U.S. Bankruptcy
Court, District of Colorado.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come
Agency, upon a motion by Agency Member Dunn,
adjourned to Closed Session at 4:24 p.m.
