Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Central District
Development Agency of the City of Bakersfield, California, held
in the Kress Building Conference Room, 1401-19th Street, at 6:00
p.m., March 29, 1988.
Present:
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Watson.
Roll was called as follows:
Agency Members Araujo, Dunn, Killmer, Kronenberg,
Watson, Rubin (seated at 6:20)
Paynter (seated at 6:25)
Absent: None
DOWNTOWN URBAN DESIGN
Dave Kennon, Economic Development Director,

gave an
Economic Development Staff presented a film "Downtowns
for People" and a slide presentation on Downtown Bakersfield and
other California cities.
Open discussion followed.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Agency, Chairperson Watson adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
