Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Central District
Development Agency of the City of Bakersfield, California, for
the purpose of a Closed Session held in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, at 3:00 p.m., May 4, 1988.
The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairperson
Dunn.
City Clerk Williams called the roll as follows:
Present: Agency Members Araujo, Dunn,
Paynter,
Absent: Agency Members Rubin, Watson
Killmer, Kronenberg,
CLOSED SESSION
Closed Session pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a) regarding
Terry L. Moreland vs. City of Bakersfield.
Agency Member Paynter abstained from attending the
Closed Session due to potential conflict of interest.
Vice-Chairperson Dunn stated for the record, that there
is a quorum.
Upon a motion by Agency Member Klllmer, the Agency
adjourned to Closed Session at 3:10 p.m. The meeting reconvened
at 4:00 p.m.
Vice-Chairperson Dunn restated the action taken in the
Closed Session, "Agency Member Kronenberg made a motion to
approve settlement (Agreement No. RA88-6) between Terry Moreland
Incorporated, Terry Moreland as an individual and the Central
District Development Agency and authorized the Executive Director
to execute, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney's
Ottice. This motion was approved."

Vice-Chairperson Dunn adjourned the meeting at 4:02 p.m.
