Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Central District
Development Agency of the City of Bakersfield, California, for
the purpose of a Workshop held in the Council Chambers of City
Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, at 5:30 p.m., October 17, 1988.
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Watson.
Roll was called as follows:

Agency Members Watson, Araujo, Killmer,
Paynter, Rubin
Agency Member Dunn
Kronenberg,
HEARINGS
19th and Chester Avenue Streets
Improvement Project.
The public expressed their opinion on the types of trees
for Downtown.
Upon a motion by Agency Member Paynter, staff was
directed to draw up bid documents to include as an alternate bid
the bollards and provision of power at the planters and return to
the Agency for review by December 5, 1988.
