Minutes of the Special Joint Meeting of the Council of
the City of Bakersfield and the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency,
held in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 5:22 p.m., November
25, 1986.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Payne.
The City Clerk called the roll of the City Council as
follows:
Present: Mayor Payne. Councilmembers Childs, Smith, Christensen,
Moore, Dickerson, Salvaggio
Absent: Councilmember Ratty

Agency as follows:
Present: Agency Members Childs, Smith, Christensen, Moore,
Dickerson, Salvaggio

Adoption of Resolution No. 177-86 of the
Council of the City of Bakersfield set-
ting and authorizing Notice of Hearing to
consider and act upon the adoption of a
