BAKERSFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Regular Meeting--March 13, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called
to order by Chairman Rockoff on Wednesday, March 13, 1985 at
5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The Secretary
called the roll as follows:

E, pon a motion by Agency Member Childs, the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of February 13, the Special Meeting of
February 20, and the Regular Meeting of February 27, 1985
were approved as presented.
The City Council Special Meeting joined the Regular Meeting
of the Agency for the Joint Public Hearing of the City Council
and the Redevelopment Agency (refer to the Minutes of the Joint
Public Hearing of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency
held on March 13, 1985) to conduct a public hearing regarding the
Proposed, Amended and Restated Disposition and Development
Agreement between the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency and
Moreland Corporation. A copy of the Minutes of the Joint Public
Hearing of March 13, 1985 are attached hereto and incorporated
herein.

E. pon a motion by Agency Member Christensen, the meeting of
the Redevelopment Agency was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
