· HE KERN COMMUNitY COLLEGE D~S~RIC~.
WHEREAS, the City, through the Bakersfield Police Department,
has provided services during the First Kern Law Enforcement Joint
Regional Police Academy; and,
WHEREAS, certain training materials, listed below, will be
donated from the Kern Community College District to the Bakersfield
Police Department for training purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. The City, through the Bakersfield Police Department,
accepts the following listed training materials from the Kern
Community College District.
2. The materials listed below shall be used for
purposes by the Bakersfield Police Department.
3. The training materials which are accepted are:
(a) KU Equipment For Satellite Receiver
(b) Computer Fax Data Modem
(c) Striking Dummy
(d) Five (5) Training Tapes
