BAKERSFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
FIRST SPECIAL MEETING--September 30, 1981
The First Special Meeting of the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency was
called to order by Chairman Casper, Wednesday, September 30, 1981 at
7:45 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. The secretary called the roll as
follows:
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Vincent Casper, Chairman
Jeanne Foth, Vice Chairman
Dr. Glenn Puder (7:50 p.m.)
John S. Mooneyham
Gene Winer
ABSENT: Frank S. Lewis
Dr. Richard Bilas
STAFF PRESENT:
Philip Kelmar, Executive Director
Richard Russell, Deputy Executive Director
W.D. Higginbotham, Jr., Treasurer
Richard Oberholzer, City Attorney
FINANCIAL
Voucher Approval - Following discussion between Ms. Foth and City
Attorney Mr. Oberholzer regarding the billing period used by the special
legal counsel for the Agency, Mr. Mooneyham made a motion to approve
voucher numbers 38-68. Motion was seconded by Ms. Foth and carried. Voucher
numbers 38-68 totaling $30~160.04 were approved for payment.
DR. GLENN PUDER ARRIVED AT 7:50 P.M.
There being no further business for the Redevelopment Agency, at
this time, the Special Meeting was adjourned until scheduled meeting with
the City Council at 8 p.m.
SECOND SPECIAL MEETING
The second Special Meeting of the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency ...... September 30, 1981.
A Joint Meeting of the Bakersfield City Council and Redevelopment
Agency was convened to discuss the proposed Joint Development Agreement
between the City of Bakersfield and John S. Griffith and Co.
