MINUTES
BAKERSFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Special Meeting- April 12, 1977
A Special Meeting of the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency was called
to order by Chairman Vincent Casper on April 12, 1977, at 4 p.m. in the City
Council Chamber.
The secretary called the roll as follows:
PRESENT:
Vincent Casper, Chairman
Frank Lewis
Ralph H. Poehner
Dr. Glenn D. Puder
ABSENT: Robert E. King
Jeanne Foth
STAFF: Dick Foster, Deputy Executive Director
ITEM 1: New Construction - Hall Ambulance Service - Mr. Foster stated that Hall
Ambulance Service had submitted plans and specifications to the Building Depart-
ment for construction of new facilities within the Redevelopment boundary. He
stated that the plans had been reviewed by the Building Department, and after
some re-working, now meet the Agency's standards. Following discussion, on
motion by Dr. Puder, seconded by Mr. Lewis, and carried, the Agency accepted
the plans which conformed with the Agency's Design Standards.
ITEM 2: Remodeling - California Republic Bank - No action was taken by the
Agency on th~s item; it w~ll be brought before the Board at the next regular
meeting.
ITEM 3: Remodeling - Henley's Photo Shop - No action was taken by the Agency
on this item; it will be brought before the Board at the next regular meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Bakersfield Rede-
velopment Agency, Chairman Casper adjourned the meeting at 4:20 p.m.
