BAKERSFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Adjourned Regular Meeting - December 9, 1977
The Regular Meeting of November 22, 1977 was reconvened December 8,
1977, and the December 8, 1977, meeting was recessed to be reconvened at this
time. Chairman Casper called the Adjourned Regular Meeting to order Friday,
December 9, 1977, at 4 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
The secretary called the roll as follows:

Frank S. Lewis
John S. Mooneyham

STAFF: Dick Foster, Deputy Executive Director
Denny Haynes, Treasurer
PROJECTS
a) California Republic Bank Project - Mr. Haynes reported advice from
Mr. Gene Jacobs (Agency counsel in Los Angeles) was to re-advertise for bids on
the Agency's $775,OOO notes. Mr. Haynes stated that in accordance with the
Agency's authorization in yesterday's meeting, this has been done, and that the
notice for bids should be in tomorrow's Bakersfield Californian, with a deadline
for submission of bids set for Thursday, December 15, 1977, at 11 a.m.
Following discussion, on motion by Dr. Puder, seconded by Mr. Mooneyham,
RA9-77, "RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALI-
FORNIA, DIRECTING THE SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS ON NOTES
OF SAID AGENCY," was adopted by the following roll call vote:

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Bakersfield Redevelop-
ment Agency, Chairman Casper recessed the meeting at 4:05 p.m. to reconvene at
4 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 1977, in the City Council Chamber.
