A Special Joint Meeting of the Council of the City of Bakersfield and
the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency was held in the Counc-1 Chamber of City
Hall at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 1977. Purpose of the meeting was to
conduct a Public Hearing on the Joint Development Agreement for a full service
hotel, tennis courts, and public parking facilities within the Downtown Redevelop-
ment Project Area.
