ACTION TAKEN
Proposed sale of Redevelopment Agency property
at South Mount Vernon Avenue to Castle & Cooke
in the amount of $390,000 for future industrial
development.
Motion by Anthony, seconded by Raphael, to
authorize the Executive Director to develop a
sales agreement with Castle & Cooke in the
amount of $390,000 for 110 acres on South ML
Vernon Avenue and to renegotiate the
City/Agency loan in the amount of $1.1 million
for submittal for Agency action.

b. Purchase of Property on 21st and R Streets:
Assignment of Option Agreement from the
Housing Authority of the County of Kern and
authorization to purchase approximately
seven acres of land located near 21st and R
Streets.
