NEW BUSINESS
Resolution of the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency approving the Replacement Housing
Plan for the Old town Kem Mixed-Use Project.
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a brief report of the Old Town Kem Mixed
Use Project Replacement Housing Plan.
Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Cohen to
adopt the resolution.

Resolution of the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency approving the Relocation Plan for the
Old Town Kern Mixed-Use Project.
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a bdef report of the Old Town Kem Mixed
Use Project Relocation Plan.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Davenport to
adopt the resolution.
Termination of Ownership Participation
Agreement with Allen School Partners, LLC,
(Agreement No. RA00-1).
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a brief report regarding termination of the
agreement.
Motion by Davenport, seconded by
Schroeder to terminate agreement and
authorize of chairperson to sign the notice
of contract termination.
