CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 10, 2003.
b. Approval of department payments from February 28,
2003 to March 21, 2003 in the amount of
$18,263.06.
Motion by Raphael, seconded by Prince to adopt
Consent Calendar Items a. and b.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution authorizing the submittal of a $2 million
CalHFA HELP application to assist with affordable
housing development costs for a 160-unit multi-
family affordable housing development located in
the Southeast Redevelopment Project Area at
Citywalk.
Staff recommends adoption of the resolution and
authorize the Executive Director to execute all
necessary documents.
Economic Development Director Kunz gave a
presentation to the Agency.

Motion by Raphael, seconded by Prince, to adopt
resolution and authorize Executive Director to execute
all necessary documents.
AGENCY STATEMENTS
City Manager Tandy announced City Council
appointments to the Redevelopment Agency for the
expiration of terms of Agency Members Davenport and
Prince are scheduled for the Council meeting of April
9, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Prince to adjourn at
4:25 p.m.
