WHEREAS, Resolution No. 109-94 set salaries and related
for employees of the General Supervisory and Management
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that effective December 25, 1995, the Salary
Schedule, a part of Resolution No. 109-94, is hereby amended as
follows:
