AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.22.030
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 9.22.030 is hereby added to the Bakersfield Municipal Code to read as
follows:
9.22.030. Assessment of Service Fee.
A. In addition to the penalty provided for in Chapter 1.40 of this Code, a
property owner shall be assessed a service fee pursuant to Chapter 3.70 herein if the
Bakersfield Police Department responds more than one time in a thirty (30) day period for
violation(s) of this Chapter.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the Bakersfield Municipal Code
and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its passage.
