HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 29-94RESOLUTION NO.._~' 94 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING PREPARATION OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT TO SEGREGATE AND APPORTION UNPAID INSTALLMENTS OF EXISTING ASSESSMENT AND SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-1 ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM AMENDMENTS NOS. 50 and 51 RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL (the "Council") OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD (the "city"), as follows: WHEREAS, on April 20, 1983, the Council adopted Resolution No. 64-83, confirming and ordering the recordation of assessments for City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 82-1 (the "District"); and WHEREAS, certain assessments affected by division or transfer of parcels of land within the District. of the District have been ownership of the original NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The street superintendent of the City shall file with the City Clerk a report and an amended assessment of the following lots or parcels of land affected by division or transfer of ownership in said Assessment District No. 82-1, segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels plus costs and fees of making the apportionment, which are herebvy fixed at no charge for this proceeding: ASSESSMENT NO. AMENDMENT NO. 3 50 4890 51 2.
