A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING PREPARATION
OF AMENDED ASSERSSMENT TO SEGREGATE AND APPORTION
UNPAID INSTALLMENTS OF EXISTING ASSESSMENT AND
SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HF2%RING THEREON
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1
ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM AMENDMENTS NOS. 17 THROUGH 24
RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL (the "Council") OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD (the "City"), as follows:
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1991, the Council adopted Resolution
No. 78-91, confirming and ordering the recordation of assessments
for city of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 90-1 (the
"District"); and
WHEREAS, certain assessments of the District have been
affected by division or transfer of ownership of the original
parcels of land within the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The street superintendent of the City shall file
with the City Clerk a report and an amended assessment of the
following lots or parcels of land affected by division or transfer
of ownership in said Assessment District No. 90-1, segregating and
apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assessment in
accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original
lots or parcels plus costs and fees of making the apportionment,
which are herebvy fixed at no charge for this proceeding:

3. ~pon the filing of the report and amended
assessment, the Clerk is haremM directed to give notice of said
hea~ing on the report and amended assessment bMpublication twice,
on separate days, in the ~kersfield Californian, a newepaper of
general circulation published and circulated in acid City. The
first publication of such notice shall occur not less than fifteen
(15) days prior to the hearing.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
