A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RISK
MANAGER AS THE AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE OF TH~ CITY TO
ADMINISTER Tm~ DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR
VEHICLES EMPLO~K TESTING PROC_~RAM.
WHEREAS, City of Bakersfield desires to participate in
the Employer Testing Program designed by the California Department
of Motor Vehicles for issuance of Certificates of Driving Skill for
Class A and Class B driver's licenses; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield qualifies to participate
in the Department of Motor Vehicle's Employer Testing Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDby the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
