A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL AID
PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield has entered into a Master Agreement for Federal
Aid; and
WHEREAS, the disbursement of Federal funds requires a Program Supplement for
each project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Bakersfield approves each project and
allocates funding with the Capital Improvement Program Budget each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
That the Director of Public Works be authorized to execute Program Supplements
with the State of California to receive payment of Federal funds.
