RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 94-1
(BENFRO/HUGHES)
WHEREAS, a map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of City of
Bakersfield Assessment District No. 94-1 (Renfro/Hughes), County
of Kern, State of California" has been filed with the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS,
DETERMINES AND RESOLVES as follows:
1. This Council approves the map and adopts the
boundaries shown on the map as describing the extent of the
territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known
as city of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 94-1
(Renfro/Hughes), County of Kern, State of California.
2. This Council finds that the map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
3. This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a
copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the
Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on June 29,
