A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1994-95.
WHEREASt
provides that each
jurisdiction shall,
limit at a regularly
Section 7910 of the California Government Code
year the governing body of each local
by resolution, establish its appropriations
scheduled meeting; and
WHEREAS, any judicial action or challenge for the 1994-95
fiscal year shall be commenced within 45 days of the effective date
of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of
Bakersfield does hereby set the appropriations limit for fiscal
year 1994-95 as $85,167,374. Documentation used in the
determination of the appropriations limit is available to the
public at the City Manager's office, City Hall, 1501 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
